Booking Terms for Classes

Bookings should be made in advance in person or by phone 01202 841 400

Please send the full class fee or a deposit of half the full amount when booking a class. Bookings will be held for 7 days and then removed if a deposit has not been received. A full refund for cancellations will be given up to 14 days prior to the start of a class after which the tutor is confirmed and we cannot refund your payment. A full refund will only be issued if we are able to fill your place. No refund will be given to participants who fail to attend the class.

Walford Mill Crafts reserve the right to cancel, postpone or alter published arrangements at their discretion. Full refunds will be given if an event is cancelled.

Please note that most classes are held in the Learning Loft on the 3rd floor accessed by 3 flights of stairs. Plans are in place to improve disabled access to classes however this is subject to planning permission and funding.
