Jenifer Wall

Every one of Jenifers pieces is totally unique, as it has been hand raised and individually made from start to finish. She works in both precious and base metals, using methods of combining metals, texturing, etching and patination to further distinguish each piece.

The inspiration for her work comes from the natural world, but particularly from rocks, stones and geological formations. She is drawn to crumbling cliffs and slipping layers of strata, as both the building up and erosion, caused by time, fascinate her. Jenifer tries to recreate some of these processes in her work, to create a sense of age, as though the pieces have formed over time.
