Nick Barberton

Nick has been working in wood since 1973. Traditional boats, joinery, furniture, turnery and carving.

The carved wooden vessels developed over the past years, redefine the fruit bowl and still display the fruit generously. The vessels are simple and modern yet have links with the past in that they echo traditional boats in form and in the subtle hand carved surfaces.

Nick works alone and the vessels are all different.
