BOOKING TERMS
Bookings should be made in advance in person or by phone. Please send the full class fee or a deposit of half the full amount when booking a class. All bookings will be held for seven days and them removed if a deposit has not been received. A full refund for cancellations will be given up to fourteen days prior to the start of a class after which the tutor is confirmed and we cannot refund your payment. A full refund will only be issued if we are able to fill your place. No refund will be given to participants who fail to attend the class.

Walford Mill reserves the right to cancel, postpone or alter published arrangements at their discretion. Full refunds will be given if an event is cancelled.

*Please note that most classes are held in the Learning Loft on he third floor accessed by three flights of stairs. Plans are in place to improve disabled access to classes however this is subject to planning permission and funding.
