Learning & Participation Manager, Walford Mill Crafts.
Part-time, 2 days a week, 2 year fixed term contract
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team who will be responsible for the further development of our work with audiences, particularly focusing on devising and developing education and outreach work to enable more people to engage with contemporary craft and with making skills.
Ideally you will have a good level of education, an appreciation of craft, experience of devising, developing and delivering successful education projects and working to engage communities, plenty of enthusiasm for increasing participation, previous experience of working in a customer orientated environment and a friendly manner.
This is an exciting time to join Walford Mill Crafts as we have secured ongoing Arts Council England funding as a National Portfolio Organisation and will be pursuing our ambitions for the growth of the centre and broadening our programmes for visitors, participants and the community.
