Irish Summer Festival
Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August 2008

 

Walford Mill offered the unique chance to celebrate this country at their annual multicultural day. This family event included traditional Irish craft workshops, music, storytelling and Irish dancing performers.



Over 400 people joined us on August Bank Holiday Monday to celebrate his Irsish Summer Festival. Walford Mill would like to thank Dorset County Council, The Co-operative Membership Community Fund and Wimborne Town Council for supporting Lughnasadh – Irish Summer Festival.

The Winter's Tale

25th and 26th August 2008

Another fantastic open air Shakespeare Production was held at Walford Mill. Regardless of rain on the day 180 people stayed and thoroughly enjoyed the performance.
