About the workshop

Discover the art of clay and nature at Walford Mill Crafts. Hand-build your own botanical jug with ceramic artist Tania Ware.

Join ceramic artist Tania Ware from Wild Fern Studio for a creative and calming Botanical Pottery Workshop at the beautiful Walford Mill Crafts in Wimborne.

In this relaxed, hands-on session, participants will learn traditional hand-building techniques. You’ll design and hand-build your very own botanical-inspired pottery jug, using natural foliage and flowers to imprint delicate textures into clay. There’s also the opportunity to carve or stamp meaningful words into each design, making every piece truly personal.

Tania will guide you through every step — from shaping your jug to adding botanical details — helping you create a truly unique piece of ceramic art to treasure.

No experience needed — just bring your creativity and curiosity.
