Anna's brain is very, very busy!
The Little Loop Company began after seeking a craft that would calm a busy mind & bring moments of joy each day.
Inspiration comes from the pockets of peace all around us. Nature, seasons, cups of coffee, but in miniature, the loves & likes of her family, children & friends.
During a period of healing & recovery, Anna began to reflect & realise how creativity & making is often viewed as a luxury, something we do 'when we have time' or in the worst case scenario, a waste of time!
Very quickly, Anna discovered that creating, making & art is an essential part of who we are. It is integral to the human journey, especially in relation to a happy & balanced mental health, as often creating gives shape to the feelings we do not have words for.
Learning that the opposite of depression is not Joy but, in fact, Expression, the enormity of how impactful creativity, art & play is for us to feel joy has pivoted Anna to speak about the subject & encourage as many as she can to just create...something!
