After gaining a degree in Fashion and Textiles, Deborah worked in New York for seven years designing knitwear, before returning home to set up her own knit design studio. Her one-off designs have sold to major fashion houses and clothing retailers worldwide.
Her background in designing colourful patterns for the fashion industry, now informs her own artwork practice. Working with print-making techniques and collage, she creates animal illustrations and bold geometric collage paintings.
She is also beginning to venture into ceramics and is particularly drawn to the process of Raku.
Deborah’s work is available as prints, cards and postcards as well as original artworks and ceramics.
